Accessibility
How this website is built to be usable by as many people as possible.
Our approach
This website is built with semantic HTML, a logical heading order, text alternatives for images, and colour contrast intended to meet recognised accessibility guidance. Information is never conveyed by colour alone.
Keyboard and screen readers
Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and focus is always visible. Navigation, forms and tables carry labels and landmarks that assistive technology can announce.
Text and zoom
Text resizes with your browser or device settings without breaking the layout, and pages reflow to a single column on small screens with no horizontal scrolling.
Motion
The website uses very little motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, animation and smooth scrolling are switched off automatically.
Known limitations
Documents uploaded by municipal offices — particularly scanned PDFs — may not yet be fully accessible. If you need a document in another format, contact us and we will provide an accessible alternative.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this website is difficult for you to use, send a message through the feedback form describing the page and the problem. Reports are treated as priority fixes.
