About Cainta
Cainta is a municipality in the Province of Rizal, immediately east of Metro Manila and part of the Greater Manila urban area.
The Municipality of Cainta is composed of seven barangays and forms part of the first district of Rizal. Its position along the boundary of Metro Manila makes it a residential and commercial centre for households and businesses that work in the capital region.
